    I completed a brief online assessment for skills such as multitasking, and then three interviewers came into the room and began interviewing me. Then, I had a short conversation with a Spanish bilingual employee. I have not heard back from them yet, but they said they would contact me either way.

    I had a phone interview which was very good. They call you to give you a choice of the time that you want for the interview. He then call you back and tells you about the company and what to expect. At the end of interview they give you a number to call to check on your the status of your application,

    The hiring and interview process was good. They asked very good work ethic questions. The person that interviewed me was very knowledgeable and welcoming. A very pleasant person to speak to. I didn't feel nervous once the process began.

    Once an application is submitted online, they give you an initial phone interview to see if you have any transferrable skills. Once you pass that they setup up an interview with the HR department with another sales manager in tow. It was a basic interview with no outlandish questions. They want to see if you meet their qualifications for the position.

    This was your standard interview process in terms of questions. Things like, how would you approach this situation, has this ever happened to you, and such. Everything now and then they will ask a personal question, or start talking about their life and family. Be ready though, the interview is about half a day, and every hour or so, you will be walking around the plant talking to different managers.
