Negotiation Details
basically the best you can negotiate for is salary, approx., 70% of PG&E positions are union and to be consistent they will not very from the standard allotment (I.E. vacation, sick pay, holidays etc..) The recruiter and hiring manager can offer you a one time extra week for your first year and they can offer you a sign on bonus so it's always good to ask. But don't be upset if they come back and say no. Remember PG&E is fortunate to have has tons of applicants just waiting to get their foot in the door.
