Software Engineering Internship - Intern at Palantir Technologies

No Offer – Interviewed in Palo Alto, CA Oct 2010 – Reviewed Dec 29, 2010

Interview Details – Applied online. Did two phone screens, passed both of them. Flown out to Palo Alto for an Interview. When I arrived in the lobby, several other candidates there. You interview with 3 different people, and then the 4th engineer takes you out to lunch. At the end, you're given a demo of the product, and if you're asked to leave after the demo, you aren't getting hired.

I was told I was free to go after the demo.

Company did an exceptional job promoting themselves, and it was very cool and interesting. Questions were amazing - none of them required you to have any specific knowledge except general computer science knowledge. They were difficult, but I managed to answer all of them with no hints required. I assume I missed something however, or did something else to cause me to flunk the interview.
