I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Pearson (Lebanon, IN) in April 2012.

Interview

Had two interviews, first on the phone and the second one in person at the facility where I would work. I was given a tour and offered the position after it. I was also told to translate an entire document to Spanish as proof of my Spanish language knowledge.

It was an internship and it had predetermined wage. There was no negotiation whatsover
