I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Pearson in April 2012.

Interview Details – Had two interviews, first on the phone and the second one in person at the facility where I would work. I was given a tour and offered the position after it. I was also told to translate an entire document to Spanish as proof of my Spanish language knowledge.

Interview Question – How I would deal with angry employees, as well as how I would hire someone for a job   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – It was an internship and it had predetermined wage. There was no negotiation whatsover
