I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at PepsiCo in February 2014.

    Interview Details

I was interviewed by 3 current employees. The person that was suppose to do the interview had a medical emergency and relied upon these employees. This was my first interview in 20 years (I have been at my current job that long) and I clearly was not prepared as I thought I was. I research the company more than I did the facility, and it was the facility that they asked me about. Pepsico has 3 standard interview questions (with no right or wrong answers) and then their own. I can't even tell you the 3 standard questions as I walked out knowing I did not do well and my nervousness was pretty evident. Sounded like a great job but obviously I wasn't going to get an offer.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at PepsiCo.

I interviewed for an internship position in manufacturing. I applied through campus career services and got accepted for a first round interview. The interview was a 2:1, 30 minute session with two senior management guys. They were very friendly and looked interested in what I had to say. Overall, the difficulty of the interview was normal. 3-4 traditional questions and 5 behavioural questions, nothing out of the ordinary. For every question the interviewers gave me some context/background to help me out.

    Some questions I remember are:
-Tell us about a time when you worked in a team and you had to step up as the leader.
-Tell us about a conflict you faced as a team, and how you helped to solve it.
-How would you manage a team in a manufacturing plant?
-Walk us through your weekly schedule.
    -What are your hobbies?
    -Tell us about yourself.

I got invited to a second on-site interview, but I had to respectfully decline due to personal reasons.

I applied through college or university – interviewed at PepsiCo.

    Interview Details

Completed first interview on campus at my University. Then was flown to Atlanta, Ga for 4 follow up interviews. Though interviews went pretty well and was told a final decision would be made the next day. Did not hear back for a couple of days and was told I had to go through one final interview. The process wasn't too difficult; however, they were really slow in making decisions and keeping me informed in the process.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at PepsiCo in January 2014.

I had final interview today. It went very well. I'm just waiting to hear back from them now. The interview process goes like this: They'll invite you to a pre job session and tell you the good, the bad, and the ugly. They were very open with everything. After hearing all the info you would then tell them you are interested and would like an interview. They will then call you and set up interview time and date. During the 1st interview they ask you how well do you work with others, how long do you see yourself with the company, etc. You'll have the interview with at least 2 district managers. They'll call you back if you did well in the 1st interview. You'll then have your final interview a week later. This interview was just one person. They basically ask you the same questions as in the 1st interview. Then they have you sign a paper saying you agree to having a hair drug test because they don't do urine tests and then you sign another paper saying is okay for them to do a background check on you.

Interviewed on college campus during career fair, after that, if they liked you they sent you to Pittsburgh for a 2-day interviewing process. A lot of socializing the first night and a panel. Second day you are basically in a group of 6-8 people the whole time doing case studies. You also do individual interviews during the second day. It's all about leadership and they are looking for something very specific.

    Interview Questions
    • There weren't any "difficult" or "unexpected" questions. Possibly the sales scenario was the most difficult. Literally act as if you are selling someone something, not at an interview.   Answer Question

I applied online – interviewed at PepsiCo.

    Interview Details

After applying online, I received a phone call to set up the first interview. That went smoothly. Just your basic HR questions and talking a little bit about your self. Then, if you move on to the next part, you'll get called in to pick up the drug test forms to go get the test at a different location. The, you get a call. I have not yet received it. I don't do drugs so I don't know what happened.
