With this company, I did the first interview, a HR interview with one interviewer (a HR manager). I did a second round interview with two regional heads (one of whom was HR). The final interview was with my to-be sub-regional head and the same HR manager from the first round. All interviews where comprised of fit questions.

I was primarily the only employee in the plant with up to date training and experience with CNC work. We have an older knee mill with CNC controls. Being a union shop and this job being the highest labor grade experience and skill were the primary factors for me getting this position.

    Interview Details

    Contacted by a recruitment agency.
First interview at Philips with a Talent Acquisition Manager. Very friendly person who cared about my personality as much as my skills. "Standard" questions about my career, my goals, my motivations.
Second interview with the HR Manager and my future Sales Manager. I had two weeks to prepare a business case related to the job I was applying to (I presented it as a 15 minute business plan).

    Negotiation Details
I asked £3K more than what they offered, which was declined.
