I applied through a recruiter and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at Polo Ralph Lauren in May 2008.

Interview Details – I was set up through a headhunter. Offices were very nice and interview went well. There were a lot of questions asking for specific examples of how a process was handled. THey were looking for examples/best practices on certain things like talent management, organizational design, performance management.

Interview Question – Can't remember the question but had to do with how a difficult situation was handled by me.   Answer Question
