Recruiting Specialist Interview

Recruiting Specialist
Chester, PA

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Power Home Remodeling Group in December 2009.

Interview Details – I originally came across the job posting on Career Builder and applied - a few days later I received a phone call from Power's talent acquisition department. They asked me a few basic questions and got a feel for me as a candidate. I was invited in for an interview after, which was exciting as I'd have the opportunity showcase myself as a potential employee.

The first interview went well - I met with the VP and Assistant VP of Talent Acquisition, who explained the position and company very well. I was invited back for a second round a few weeks later, where I was asked to make a short presentation on what I could offer the company if given the opportunity. I did just that and was offered the job following the presentation.
