    Application

I applied online – interviewed at Princess Cruise Lines (Valencia, CA) in July 2013.

    Interview

Applied online then received an email the next week for a "mini" group interview. It wasn't mini at all, there were about 30 people at the group interview. They said they were looking to fill about 50 support agent positions. The group interview was just an explanation of the job then they asked all 30 of us to introduce ourselves briefly and then asked if there were any questions. That was it, and then they said they would contact us by email if they were interested. I spoke for probably only 1-2 minutes, and that is all they are going to decide on? I feel that there were too many people and it was not a good opportunity for HR to get to know the candidate.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Princess Cruise Lines (Anchorage, AK).

    Interview

Was contacted a few days after I applied. Had an interview with one of the recruiter's. She was obviously reading off of a script. I didn't think I did terrible and asked about a second interview, in which I was told I would be contacted by her manager. Never heard back from anyone until 3 months later I finally received the declined offer - which I pretty much knew.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ monthsinterviewed at Princess Cruise Lines (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2012.

    Interview

Contacted by headhunter. Process took several months, once interviews were set up, where conducted over several days. Everyone was very cordial and professional during the process.

First a single interview with HR and then an interview by a panel.

    Interview Questions

    • Nothing out of the ordinary. All questions related to employment history and approach to tasks and communications. Too many old standards, like "your three strengths" and "three weaknesses". Too text book.   1 Answer

interviewed at Princess Cruise Lines (Valencia, CA) in January 2010.

    Interview

Their HR team was very professional and organized. Appointments were made and kept without delays or a need to reschedule. They were very respectful of my time, which I appreciated. I met with at least 2 people from HR, 3 from Marketing team, and 2 from Sr Management. Overall, I was very impressed with their organization and would be very open to pursuing a job with them in the future if theright position becomes available.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a dayinterviewed at Princess Cruise Lines (Seattle, WA) in January 2010.

    Interview

I responded to an online ad that seemed to match my skill set. Was called by a staffing agency who conducted a brief telephone screening. Next I was required to take an aptitude test. Then I was invited to a face to face panel interview. Asked about my background doing similar tasks. Asked how I would feel about taking ownership of an application that was started by someone else. Expressed that aggressive timelines would be expected.
