Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Procter & Gamble in October 2011.

Interview

Submitted my resume in a resume drop online. The first interview was 1 on 1, very basic standard interview questions (e.g. Tell us about a time you had to think on your feet.). Had to take an online intelligence and personality test before the interview. Second round was then panel interviews, more tests, and individual 1 on 1 following up.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Procter & Gamble (Bucharest (Romania)) in March 2011.

    Interview

First of all, you need to pass the online assessment center tests. They will require around 2h30 minutes because you have to both introduce all the details, reply to ~60 questions about yourself and past experiences and then, you have 2 IQ tests. After this stage, if successful, you are going for a live test, reasoning test (math type) of 60 minutes. Last stage is 3 interviews, not necessarily the same day.

    Interview Questions

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ monthsinterviewed at Procter & Gamble (Karāchi (Pakistan)) in March 2011.

    Interview

They recruited from my university and after the initial IQ and personality test, shortlisted some candidates for a screening interview. The office environment is very relaxed and the interviews took place in glass rooms. the interviewers were relaxed and friendly, although firm. They explained the interview process briefly and offered water/tea/coffee then began to ask the questions once I was comfortable. The interview was entirely behavioral. there were four comprehensives after the screening interview, also behavioral before they gave thier final decision.

The questions were only about one's personalty and experiences. There were no business related questions asked. I got my offer about one week after the interviews

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Procter & Gamble (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in November 2010.

    Interview

The hiring process took two online tests (analytical and personality), one on-campus analytical test, a panel interview (with 2 people), lunch with senior manager, and a final panel interview (with 3 people). I was asked all behavioural questions for both interviews, as well as follow-up questions.
My advice is to be very well prepared and know your experiences thoroughly because they will ask for every detail. It is fine to bring bullet-point notes to help you remember, as long as you don't read off the paper.
