    2 interviews in total. One 1-on-1 and One 2-on-1. The order is not fixed. Both interviews are competencies based. Before the first interview, you will need to do a numerical, verbal and logical test on paper. If you pass on the day, you will be invited to the interview straight away.

    First i took a test of math, sequences and understanding they told me i didn't pass the test but 4 months later they called me and they told that i got an interview with the HR the interview lasted an hour they pretty much wanted to know about me, my skills and how i managed difficult situations. Then i waited about ten minutes; and they told me i had made it to the second round interview and that we would call me to make an appointment.

    First of all, candidates need to fill out an application online, which is replied to after a brief period of time. Following is a logical test, which is taken at P&G office, where numerical and grammatical questions are asked. Successful completion guarantees an interview, which is comprised of four steps. Successful performance in each interview gets candidates one step closer to receiving a job.

    • Most questions were basic, asking about personal skills and abilities. A few times, I was asked to recall a story, where certain qualities were demonstrated, like leadership skills, efficiency, team working abilities, or successful performance under pressure. Last and most important step is interview with three managers asking about your real situations in project managements - both university and professionals.

    1. Online Application - includes a personality and iQ test 2. First interview with two co-workers Very simple questions. Mostly situational questions like "when was a time when you took leadership in a project" etc. 3. Second Interview with two department managers Harder questions. It is obvious that they focused on questions I didn't answer that well in the first interview.

    It is a three step process. The first interview is very difficult and requires a lot of thinking on your feet. The do not ask the typical questions. After an online portion there is another in person interview. Thisis more of determining if you are a good fit for the job.
