Usually consists of at least 2 rounds; Behavioral based interviews. Should know what you are going to tell about your experiences before entering the interview process. P&G does a personality fit and behavioral test as well as a IQ test as well to ensure that they screen for those capabilities.

    Negotiation

P&G does not negotiate offers. They have a set standard that they utilize for giving offers.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Procter & Gamble (Champaign, IL) in March 2014.

    Interview

Very lengthy interview process that begins online. After weeding out potential candidates through basic online application process, a 1 on 1 interview ensues. The interview leads to an internship instead of an entry-level job. Thus, interning for a summer serves as a long interview for potential employment at Procter & Gamble.

I applied online. The process took 12+ monthsinterviewed at Procter & Gamble.

    Interview

Sent an online application, was contacted a few months later. Had a phone interview and then two onsite/in-person interviews. Behavioral questions were asked during all interviews, so I can't say what it is they were looking for. They were really nice, great people. I didn't want the position when I first arrived, but the interview process makes you want the position. As in, the great people, and noting how well they treat their employees. When asked, everyone says they love it there, and to be honest, they seem like they genuinely mean it.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Procter & Gamble (West Lafayette, IN).

    Interview

The interview was a basic corporation behavioral style. They ask "When have you showed this or that". They send you information before the interview on the types of things they look for, so nothing is a surprise. It is a relaxed environment, probably 1-2 interviewers. If you pass the first session, you move onto a round of interviews most likely to be held in Cincinnati.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in November 2011.

    Interview

Begin the day with an assessment... A VERY CHALLENGING logic reasoning, problem-solving, and pattern identification assessment! Then proceed to a panel interview, a group presentation, and a 1:1 interview. The two sets of interviews pose the same questions. They are classic behavioral interview questions (i.e., "Tell me a time when..."; "Give me an instance..."; etc.) based on the Company's core values. The presentation is on any topic of interest as long as it has business relevancy. Overall, a very thorough interview process and quite challenging.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me a time when you had to change something for a project you were working on. What was it and how did you go about making the change?   Answer Question

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapore (Singapore)) in April 2015.

    Interview

The whole process requires you to do an online application, 1 online reasoning test, 1 online personality test, 1 reasoning test in person, and 2 interviews. I will describe the behavioural process in detail. The interview takes about 1 hour. They ask situational questions, with a heavier focus on your leadership experiences. They expect you to tell them about the situation, problem, and the results. Try to tell them tangible / quantitative results that you achieved. Come prepared with various incidents from your life, preferably from a different range, i.e. school projects, extra curricular, and past jobs.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me about a time where you had to make a difficult decision as a leader of a project? What is your greatest accomplishment? Tell me about a time where you had to do something differently from your past methods in a project/task.   Answer Question
