Interview Details – The interview was a basic corporation behavioral style. They ask "When have you showed this or that". They send you information before the interview on the types of things they look for, so nothing is a surprise. It is a relaxed environment, probably 1-2 interviewers. If you pass the first session, you move onto a round of interviews most likely to be held in Cincinnati.

Interview Details – Begin the day with an assessment... A VERY CHALLENGING logic reasoning, problem-solving, and pattern identification assessment! Then proceed to a panel interview, a group presentation, and a 1:1 interview. The two sets of interviews pose the same questions. They are classic behavioral interview questions (i.e., "Tell me a time when..."; "Give me an instance..."; etc.) based on the Company's core values. The presentation is on any topic of interest as long as it has business relevancy. Overall, a very thorough interview process and quite challenging.

Questions were very based on experiences, and they always tried to dig deeper. Many questions around how you analysed previously and how it made a difference.

Interview Details –
The initial phone screen and final interview were comprised of all behavioral questions. The questions were divided into 3 sections based on the PVP (Purpose, Values, Principles): the Power of Minds, the Power of People, and the Power of Agility. The questions tend to be a little more complex than usual. For example: "Tell me about a time you used a particular approach to solve a problem, and then used that same approach in a different situation to solve another problem."
My advice is to be prepared. Have a list of the attributes you want to demonstrate (Leadership, Communication, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Risk Taking, etc.), and then have answers demonstrating each attribute. Ultimately, the questions are trying to determine whether or not you possess a desired competency, so it's better to prepare answers for personal attributes, instead of attempting to have an exhaustive list of answers for every question.
I had to take two reasoning exams. The first was 15 questions, and was a pre-screen, and the second was an hour long at their HQ. The first consists only of figural reasoning, while the second also includes logical reasoning and basic algebra problems in word format. It seems designed more to weed out unsuccessful applicants than to assess reasoning ability.
The people there were amazing. Very driven, motivated, highly intelligent, and capable. Lots of Type A personalities. Many had worked there for their entire career. I was very happy to have received an offer.

Interview Details – I was referred to the position by a friend who works at P&G. I was able to attend a recruiting session P&G HR held for it's top recruiting schools (of which I don't come from). That afternoon, I had an onsite exam which was basically a replica of the online assessment needed during the online application. Right after the exam, I had an interview with two individuals. All of the questions were behavioral and related to their success drivers. There were three questions for each of the three success drivers for a total of nine questions. The interview lasted about an hour. The questions are very specific and want candidates to exemplify experiences and behaviors that align with the success drivers.

Interview Details – Started with online application which upon completion asks for a preliminary skills test. The test takes about 30 minutes and is timed so I suggest practicing ahead of time using P&G's practice questions (available online). Was sent a request to come in for a paper-pencil method test. Similar questions were asked as the online version - recognizing patterns and numerical reasoning. Pretty simple. After this, I was asked to participate in a telephone interview. This interview involved 2 people, a gentleman and woman, who were both fairly nice. The questions asked were definitely more difficult than any other interview I have had. The entire interview consisted of behavioral questions asking to draw upon past experiences. i.e "tell me about a time when...". Most useful means of preparation would be to create a chart with headings consisting of various skills and attributes (for example leadership, coaching, communication, planning, time management etc) which would be relevant to the job. Under each heading, think of 2 examples from your past experiences which exemplify that skill.
