I applied online - interviewed at Procter & Gamble in October 2013.

    Interview Details

I had a first round interview with Procter & Gamble. First upon applying I had to take two assessments online. The assessments were straight forward and were not too difficult to pass, just take your time. After the assessments I was contacted to do a first round interview. The interviewer asked questions that gauge your leadership capabilities and team work capabilities. You should have examples of good experiences in mind that you can use to answer the questions. They use the C-A-R (challenge action result) method so keep this in mind when answering questions. Prepare a good set of questions to ask the interviewer after the interview to show your interest in the position and company. After this interview I was contacted about 2 weeks later for a second round interview, I haven't had the second interview yet.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days - interviewed at Procter & Gamble in May 2011.

I took the on-line problem solving test, and received a call a couple of days later. They flew me to Cincinnati for my in person interview where I completed an hour long interview and another problem solving test. We were given tours of HQ and their museum, and they brought in lunch for us. After lunch we were taken on a short walk where they informed us whether or not we were receiving offers. VERY QUICK TURNAROUND

MUST apply online and complete reasoning test. You will not be interviewed if you haven't. I had one interview at my school, then flew out to Cincinnati for second rounds, which consisted of taking a reasoning test (just like the one online) in person, and a panel interviews, with at least 2 interviewers.

Didn't negotiate. I know P&G does not negotiate full-time salary, doubt they would for interns.

I was invited for the first interview weeks after I finished the online assessment. The interview questions were similar to the P&G questions I saw posted on line. As an interviewee, you should really prepare for the questions. It took around an hour. You should keep the interviewers interested at what you are saying and provide different illustrations. The interviewers were very nice.
