    Interview

I got a phone call. It lasted 5 minutes . He asked me one question. Then asked if I had any questions. I wanted to ask how the heck HE got his job because he sucked at interviewing. Afterwards he said " if we are interested we will call you in 2 weeks. If not , you won't hear back "

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Pulte Homes in March 2015.

    Interview

Phone Interview from recruiter was short, asked questions like "Why Pulte" "Why You" basic personality questions. Went on to interview with Purchasing Director a week later. They were creating a position so they were not in a rush to fill it. Overall it was a great experience, although in other reviews they mentioned there was a panel, I did not have that.

    Interview Questions

    • Regular interview with Purchasing Director was nice. He was real easy going, asked questions like "What do you avoid in a job" and "what would you do if you could not complete a task on time."   1 Answer

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Pulte Homes (Atlanta, GA) in January 2015.

    Interview

i applied online through the company recruiting system for the Strategy Analyst opportunity. A few weeks later I was contacted by a HR scheduler to set up time to speak with a HR recruiter a week or so later. We spoke. The conversation consisted of me describing my experience with the recruiter asking a few follow up questions based on my resume. She then gave me a pretty thorough overview of PULTE including its HQ transition from Detroit to Atlanta. She gave an explanation of the role as well. She excitedly told me that she would forward my resume to the hiring manager and that I would hear a response either way. I haven't heard a peep from this company since

    Interview

Was contacted on the telephone for a short phone interview; basically just general questions "tell me about yourself...etc." Proceeded with an in person interview with two people. Interviewers were the people I would have been working with, very nice, not intimidating actually. Interview went pretty well. Was contacted just a few days later. Offer was not made, however, interview helped me a lot for my future interviews.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ monthsinterviewed at Pulte Homes (Atlanta, GA) in September 2014.

    Interview

I applied for the position in May. I had a series of five interviews between May-September. Two telephone interviews & three face to face interviews. My first face to face interview was with the hiring manager & the last two interviews were in a group setting with her colleagues. I never had five interviews before, but I wasn't discouraged. Everyone was very pleasant & nice. They narrowed it down to myself & two other individuals. I didn't get the job, but it seems like a great place to work. I will definitely keep them on my list.

I applied through college or university – interviewed at Pulte Homes.

    Interview

Usually a two round interview process. One with the area construction manager and the other with the region VP. Typical 1st round is getting to know you and your background as well as the position requirements. I personally didn't get to the 2nd round interview because the company went back on a hiring freeze.
