There was a pre interview dinner first. Then, there was the on-campus interview the next morning. All in all, the whole process was nothing too special. As for the interview itself, it was pretty conversational and relaxed. They didn't grill me with weird behavioral questions.

    Interview Questions
    • Just know the usual "why accounting?" and "why audit/tax/risk assurance?"   Answer Question

    Interview Details

I was first invited to an on campus interview. After about a week, I was invited to an office visit. Office visit involves pre-interview dinner and a half day interview with lunch. The final round interview consists of three back-back-back interviews with two directors and a partner. Two directors both asked behavioral questions and the partner was just conversational interview.

Did the whole on campus recruiting/networking it was pretty easy. Just be yourself. Next, PwC had a lot of socials where you meet a lot of professionals. Every interview I had was all conversational and did not get one behavioral question.

1st round on-campus interview. Met with a senior associate, mostly behavioral questions. Very generic. There was a pre-interview dinner the day before the interview. The 2nd on-site interview invites were sent out within a week from the 1st interview.

Don't waste your time; find a company that will make a hiring decision. These people really have no clue as to how to run a company, let alone make hiring decisions. I'm working for Deloitte because of it, and you know what, PWC did me a favor! Trust me, I'd love to hear from others who experienced the same incompetent recruiting process, because I'm sure there are many!

First round - phone screening with HR. Expected to get second round - on site interview notification within 2 weeks. On site interview is so called "super day" where you are supposed to have 3 interview in a row.

One on campus behavioral interview followed by an onsite interview/hiring event. The full day in NYC consisted of one hour to prepare for the cast study presentation, a case presentation, two behavioral interviews, and an hour-long presentation where we learned more about the firm.

The on-campus interview was entirely behavioral. The case study presented for the on-site was generic but something I had no interest or expertise in, which made it difficult. The interviewer wasn't overly harsh with questions and, in fact, was rather helpful.

    Interview Questions
    • The case study presentation was the most difficult and was presumably the most heavily-weighted portion of the interview   Answer Question

This was my first telephone interview with Pwc. The call was roughly 10 - 15 minutes and we talked through some of the information in my Talent Profile, as well as the potential career interests. During the call, HR asked me several behavioral-based interview questions.

On-campus interview for the first round, no unexpected questions. All questions are about the projects and teamwork. Second round interview was a on-site office visit, which have three back-to-back interviews. Interviewed with one of the partner, nice guy but unexpected questions. Another one was the manager of the Data Assurance group, he gave me a test about writing a query in SQL.

The initial screening was very pleasant but the interview was an absolute stress interview. I bombed. Not because of the questions but rather because the interviewer didn't believe my answers. An awkward experience.
