Drect Admit Partner Interview

Drect Admit Partner

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 months - interviewed at PwC.

Interview Details – The direct admit hiring process is laborious and tedious. I met with 18 individuals and had to fly all over the US to do so, but the process is meant to be just that - tedious. The recruiters and staff were fantastic and helped me navigate the process.

Interview Question – Many behavior based questions, as I expected.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Relatively inflexible and as one of the Big 4 they know what they are doing to try and "entice" through other perks.
