I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week - interviewed at PwC.

    Interview Details

Attended a basic screening interview through on-campus interview process. It was a normal "get to know you" interview, but unfortunately I didn't move on to the call back interviews. The interviewing personnel seemed like a great team, but another student was a better fit for them.

    Interview Questions
    • None of the questions were "difficult" because it was only a screening interview.   Answer Question

First round interview was with an Assurance manager on campus (I applied for the risk assurance internship). Very informal. Interviewer asked questions about classes - most difficult class I had taken, favorite, etc. Also walked through my resume and asked questions about past work experience. Also asked why I was interested in working for PWC. Very laid back interview. Nothing was difficult or unexpected.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days - interviewed at PwC.

    Interview Details

Interview process was very professional. The team was very friendly and gave a very detailed expectations of the position being interviewed for. The position description received from HR did not match the actual expectations required for the posting. It was communicated by HR as the analytics position while it was more related to IT data modelling in SSAS.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months - interviewed at PwC.

    Interview Details

PwC's hiring and interview process involves heavy recruitment, events, lunches with employees, and more. The company is very accommodating to their recruits needs, and leave a good impression. PwC hosted a recruit BBQ event during the summer - drinks, sports activities, and food was provided. The purpose of this was to give recruits the opportunity to interact with the firms employees and determine whether the recruits are a good fit for PwC's corporate culture. Each of the Big Four have a different corporate culture, and it is important to interact wit the firm's employees as much as possible to determine whether you are a good fit. The best advice I have is to be natural, genuine, and always be aware of everything.

Your first have to directly apply for the program. It normally takes 2-3 weeks to hear bak from them to determine whether you have gotten the first round of interviews. Normally this is a one-to-one. It normally takes place in your college's career center. The second round is at the PWC offices and may be with multiple people at once
