Tax Interview

Tax
San Francisco, CA

I applied through college or university and interviewed at PwC.

Interview Details – I had a video interview with a senior manager. The questions asked were not that difficult though, in retrospect, my answers could have been better worded. The interviewer was very friendly and the atmosphere was relatively comfortable. Overall, the interview felt more casual than expected. However, there was no invitation for an office interview.

Interview Question – Tell us about yourself.   Answer Question

Interviewed at PwC

Interview Details – I went with campus recruiting. I asked a lot of questions during pre-night dinner, which I was not supposed to do so I think. The interviewer is a partner and keep talking about his personal experience. I was a little bit confused at that time and have no idea how to deal with this type of situation.

Interview Details – I applied through on campus interview that took place in our university. There was a pre-interview dinner where you get to meet the professionals from different offices. I was assigned to sit with a tax manager and a couple former interns. On the interview day, a tax partner interviewed me and he pretty much just went through my resume and asked questions about my experience on the resume. Overall, the process was pleasant

Interview Details – I sent in my resume and got a call two weeks later to ask questions about my resume and to discuss a time to have a phone interview. I had the phone interview the next day, she called me 15 minutes and didn't have my resume with her. She was rushing the whole interview and didn't seem that into it. She said they would e-mail me in about a week in regards to the decision and two weeks later I still have nothing.
