Application Details

I interviewed online. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Rise Interactive in June 2011.

Interview Details

Originally applied for 1 position. Took the skills test, received an offer for an in-person interview. The HR person then directed me I would be interviewing for a different position. Ok, fine by me.

Prepared for the position I was directed I would be interviewing for. The new position was a bit outside my skill set, but I figured if they wanted me to interview for it, I would go for it. Get there, and they say I don't meet the minimum requirements for new position. I know, hence why I didn't apply for that position.

Did not receive a 2nd round.

HR did not seem to have their stuff together, office was severely outdated and dreary, and if their interview process is any indication of employment there, I am glad it did not progress further.
