Certified Pharmacy Technician Interview

Certified Pharmacy Technician

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Rite Aid.

Interview Details – pee test, online questionnaire, personal questions from pharmacy manager, constant testing for the 1st year for the pharmacy, ojt., pressure is the # 1 thing for the techs in training, they expect you to do things that you are not trained for and then get very frustrated with you, Then write you for making mistakes. Think you can do this , you need to take classes prior to work.

Sales Associate Interview

Sales Associate
Worcester, MA

I applied in-person and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Rite Aid in August 2013.

Interview Details – Hiring process was a bit dragged out. I had to keep post-poning the interview with the Store Manager because she was either going away on Vacation without telling me or was up to some other odd thing. I felt like when we actually got together to have the interview she wasn't as prepared as could be.

Interview Question – There were no unexpected questions.   Answer Question

Pharmacy Technician Interview

Pharmacy Technician

I applied through college or university and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Rite Aid in January 2014.

Interview Details – I received an email from my school saying they were looking for a pharm tech, so I emailed the pharmacist and we set up an interview. I was one of 7 who applied for the job. I went out to the location and the pharmacist showed me around a little bit and explained a little bit about the pharmacy and then went into the interview questions.

Rite Aid Wellness Ambassador Interview

Rite Aid Wellness Ambassador
New York, NY

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Rite Aid in February 2014.

Interview Details – Phone interview, then 2 interviews afterwards. the first in person interview was very easy and formal with both the manager and pharmacy manager. The 2nd interview is a bit frustrating because they send you to the main branch which is very difficult to get to, to make it worse they show lack of interest in interviewing you, the human resource manager was more interested in reading her emails then pursuing the interview, very unprofessional! I wasn't even given a fair shot, the interview was rather short instead of being an hour long. Complete waste of time!!!!!!

Category Analyst Intern Interview

Category Analyst Intern
Harrisburg, PA

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Rite Aid in April 2013.

Interview Details – One face-to-face interview with the director and senior director. Pretty simple, not too hard of questions. Really looking for a guy with excel and computer skills. Not really looking for a "people=person" or a team player; just someone to crunch numbers and print out excel sheets.
