Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rite Aid.

Interview

I at first had a face to face interview with a district manager, then a phone interview and second face to face interview with another district manager for the district that was interested in hiring me. The whole process took about 14 days. I got an immediate phone call the very next day after my first interview to have a phone interview which took place about 3 days later. During the phone interview was when we set up the second in-person interview the following week. I received my offer shortly after that.

    Interview

you will interview at least with the district manager if you are in pharmacy school, your school may have a day where retail companies come to interview. otherwise, check the website of the company youre interested in prior experience is not necessary - you can learn on the job if you're a recent graduate. if you've graduated a few years ago, they will probably expect experience

You come in and submit your resume. They look it over, ask you about your relevant work experience and more or less, they'll hire you. The interviewers are generally not too difficult on you because Rite Aid is always looking for fresh new meat to hire. Just be careful, polite, and be sure to stress your experience. And dress properly
