I was corresponding with a nice woman (whose name I will refrain from using) but ended up having to meet with another woman due to her being busy. The woman I met with was extremely rude, uninterested and condescending. I will never go back unless I am desperate. They have only temp jobs with basically no guarantee of something permanent.

There is no process. I would recommend job seekers not to waste time with RH. Their consultants invite candidates for interviews to fill their schedules.

Most of the jobs on job board are fake.

I then met with several recruiters in the office who work in different areas and would be working on connecting me with a company. Sales Support Administrator Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a dayinterviewed at Robert Half.

    Interview Details

Interview was short and all over the place. You will be brought in and then required to meet with everyone in your division you'll be working with (Such as Healthcare, Legal, etc.) to make sure they "like you". They will check your most recent 2 references. There are no drug screens or background checks initially. Anyone can get hired there with a good resume. They'll explain your job duties loosely. If you get hired, you'll have no idea what you're really supposed to be doing or what your job title even is. Hiring will actually tell you it's "sink or swim" and that they have no policies they follow or even do orientation, etc. because they "change so frequently". They will be more focused on whether or not you get along with your future co-workers than if you are even competent and well trained enough to do the job they hired you for. And your co-workers are not so good people at this branch. Most of them will even tell you that personally when you start working together.

    Interview Questions
    • Easy questions. "Why do you want to work for us?" "Tell us a little about you." That's it.   Answer Question

As soon as you have an interview your almost always guaranteed in the system. It's getting a positron that can be a little tricky. You have to email your lead person every week and be ready when something comes up. It took them close to a month to find me a few positions, but there really easy and you're just doing basic clerical work. Good for some quick cash.
