I applied through a recruiter and the process took 6 months - interviewed at Robert Half in December 2013.
Interview Details – Have to do an interview covering basicinterview questions for all managers at three different locations called "the road show". You have to be agreed upon to be hired for the position by all at all three locations.
Interview Question – What do you feel needs the most improvement in your background? Answer Question
I applied through a recruiter and interviewed at Robert Half.
Interview Details – I ended up being interviewed by several people at one time (almost like a board meeting). It wasn't the most comfortable scenario but I ended up being hired on the spot. When people are arguing with each other about the details of the position while their interviewing you; it should be a red flag for you to run fast.
Interview Question – What negative attributes do you have? Answer Question
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Robert Half in November 2013.
Interview Details – I had about 3 interviews, I thought they went pretty well. My first interview I met with a recruiter initially for a temp assignment, then she referred me to an internal position. I then had my first interview set up and thought it went quite well, straight forward questions. Then second interview I met with about 6 people, it was intimidating at first, but the interview went well.
Interview Question – The most unexpected question was my level of experience using excel. Answer Question
I applied online - interviewed at Robert Half in October 2013.
Interview Details – It was a very normal process, office experience, how fast you type, etc...then questions about your work expectations, goals, things like that...
Interview Question – didnt have any...i was nervous so i guess that made things sort of dificult at first Answer Question
I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Robert Half.
Interview Details – Was pretty straight forward. I interviewed initially with the Regional Manager and then interviewed with separate Senior Staffing Managers.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult co-worker or customer? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They start the base salary really low but tell you that you can make up for it with their bonus structure. It takes long hours to build up the bonus requirements and you really won't make too much until after a year of grinding.
I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Robert Half.
Interview Details –
The interview process was great! They replied promptly to my application and were able to get me into an interview in their office promptly.
The process began with a phone interview after which they sent me a series of proficiency tests to assess my skill level with various computer programs (e.g. MS Office). During the phone interview I was scheduled for an in-person interview to discuss what types of positions I was looking for through RH.
Interview Question – Some of the program skill assessments were more difficult than I had anticipated. Answer Question
I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Robert Half in August 2013.
Interview Details – Recruiter called to setup phone interview, then invited to inetrview with panel, followed by interview with Director.
Interview Question – Questions related to previous expereince. Went through resume in detail. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Offered a bit above asking.
Very Easy Interview
I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Robert Half in August 2013.
Interview Details – I was recently laid off and wanted to work a temp position while I looked for something permanent. In my registration interview, I was recruited for a Staffing Manager position. The person interviewing me went to get the Branch Manager who spoke to me for a few minutes and asked me to come back for another interview to speak with the Regional Manager and the Regional VP. In the interview with the RM, I pretty much just listened to her speak about how wonderful she is and how successful she is. The regional VP asked me questions about my resume and what I did at each job. Tried to throw me some "tough" questions that every college career counselor coaches you on how to answer. Overall, their decision was made before I even interviewed. I've heard other's interviews were much the same.
Interview Question – There weren't any. It was more an information session about how amazing the interviewer thought she was. Answer Question
I applied online and interviewed at Robert Half.
Interview Details – Too to long to get an interview.
Reason for Declining – too many hours worked by employees
I applied online and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Robert Half in July 2013.
Interview Details – They call you with a job opportunity to get you into their office. They critic your resume. Give you a job offer you qualify for. Then they never return your email or phone calls after you give them all your information. I had the to good to be true feeling.
Reason for Declining – Really shady, never respond to emails.
