    Applied online for a position that was posted both internally and externally. Rogers contacted a week after submission. They booked a phone interview with an HR Advisor. An in-person interview was booked after with 3 people (the executive VP and two non-HR people) Offered position a few days after. A lot of questions regarding expectations and abilities with lots of examples.

    I was promoted within. Initial employment was as a contractor and the interview was pretty straightforward since it was more of a set of technical questions. Not much of personality type testing questions or behavioral type questions. However, the interviewer was very knowledgeable about technical acpects and asked a lot of technical questions

    1 HR phone screening interview followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager. Both were spaced within a week apart as they were trying to urgently fill the position. A lot of questions pertaining to SDLC, PMLC, project management basics, governance and reporting as all these are essential to the job.

    Received a screening call from an HR coordinator. Simply wanted me to confirm my identity and that I would receive a call at scheduled time from an HR partner. Very cordial phone interview, asked general questions about my experience, booked a one on one interview with a department head. Interview with department head was uninspiring, she seemed as if she had somewhere better to be. Asked a few general questions, compared our employment histories and that was it.
