    The whole process wasn't too bad. It took about two weeks and two days of interviews with about 4 people. Questions were about prior work experience and some accounting related. Then there was a test, pretty hard and accounting savvy, mostly CPA oriented.

    The hiring process was long, I had a phone interview With HR, and department director, then a panel interview, followed up by another field interview

    • The interview panel has a binder of questions that they can ask from, I was asked a number of questions most of which were standard questions. However, I can tell you that the company is diverse and can quickly change directions. So be prepared for questions that deal with the ability change.   Answer Question

    Lame questions - trying to be innovative and energizing. Some interviewers obviously had no training or experience interviewing. Thrown into interviewing as turn over is so high they seem to grab who they can.

    I met with my direct manager to ensure that my goals and his departmental needs were a fit. I then meet with a couple peers and direct report that I would have. Followed by a meeting with my bosses boss. The interview was a combination of technical ability, past experiences, roll playing, and cultural fit. Overall, they put me through the paces.

    They have a great interview process. First they have an human resource rep contact you to make sure the job really is what they advertise. And it is. Then they set you up with the supervisor, a manager and the director of retail. They really dive into your character and your work history to make sure you are the right fit.
