I applied online and the process took 4 weeks - interviewed at Rolls-Royce in July 2012.

Interview Details – Initial telephonic interview with 2 people- one Principal Software Developer and the other Product Development Manager. Basic interview questions about skills and experience. Then invited for an assessment center after a week. The assessment center consisted of :
1. Abstract Reasoning test (Normal SHL tests)
2. Presentation and Behavioral interview (Common personality questions+10 minute presentation)
3. Group Exercise (Working towards a task)
4. Numerical Test (Again SHL)
5. Technical Interview (Technical Questions on Software Development)
I did well in the behavioral interview+presentation, abstract test and technical interview. My worst area was the group exercise where other team members dominated me. But I think I clinched it in the technical interview where I was exceptional.
Overall I think the experience was amazing.

Negotiation Details – I think there is not much really. They have a set salary for graduates.
