I applied in-person and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Ruby Tuesday in July 2013.

Interview Details – I was contacted by the Culinary Manager and then came back to talk to the GM. I was then hired and scheduled to train side by side another chef and take online test to learn the material. The test were not hard but were very time consuming and did take up a lot of my free time which was not on the clock.

Interview Question – The most difficult question, was why I moved to the area that I lived in?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – There wasn't much negotiation. It was like a take it or leave it attitude when discussing pay.
