Hiring process very long...too long. but that is the hardest part!

  • very standard. mostly about meeting with different division heads to see if you are a "good fit for the culture" very much about culture"   1 Answer

Negotiation

Fairly straight forward. They have ranges for each title Director 150-200 and I required in the middle. bonus changes from quartlerly to monthly so there were some grwoing pains as the company continued to grow within the space
