    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ryan, LLC (Carlsbad, CA) in May 2014.

    Interview

the interview process entailed many questions from various leads to ensure that I would be able to multi task and assist for as this office tends to get extremely busy. There are also times when there are such lulls that I needed to take on tasks from different individuals that could be very mundane and tedious.

    Interview

It was casual, it was an on campus interview. Lasted no more than 30 minutes. They told me what the company was about and what I would be doing. They asked a few questions about my resume about majors I am pursuing as well as community service. There was no situation based question, it was all very straight forward.

    Senior Associate Consultant Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Ryan, LLC (Dallas, TX) in January 2014.

    Interview

The HR recruiter was a little difficult to reach and hear the status of everything. I almost took another job because of how long the process takes. The interview itself was very layed back with my, (now) manager and (former) principal. Both were nice, professional and welcoming of my first "big" interview after graduating. No complaints about the interview itself.

    Interview Questions

    • Basic interview questions about functioning within a team and working with others. There wasn't a lot to explain about the job process itself because we are a rather specified team.   1 Answer

    Acquisition Integration Project Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Ban Som Phone (Laos)
    Accepted Offer
    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ryan, LLC (Ban Som Phone (Laos)) in February 2015.

    Interview

First contact is made by HR. The staff is very friend, thorough and professional. They ask appropriate questions regarding your history, methods, and applicable experience. Specifically, they will as you to describe your background with integration, what type of business, your role, and a brief description of how you handle integration. If all goes well, you will be asked to schedule a second interview by phone. This is where the interview process gets shaky. I was interviewed by a future equal who asked about my experience, commented that he wanted to make the questions about me, then turned and spent the next 30 minutes talking about himself. During the following 30 minutes or so, he rarely allowed me to speak so I just let him continue. The final five minutes was spent with my attempt to seemingly defend myself through an abrasive line of circular questioning that ultimately led nowhere. I received feedback from an email I sent to HR. They said the college commented that I was more qualified for a higher position with Mergers and Acquisitions than integration. This was confusing because we didn't cover much of the actual job during the interview. Needles to say, I accepted a position elsewhere. If fear is the way they lead an interview, this is not how I want so operate within my day to day at work. They are still looking for a candidate.

I met with a total of 4 people, (1 director, 2 managers, and 1 team lead). It was a wonderful experience! Application

I interviewed at Ryan, LLC (Dallas, TX) in November 2012.

    Interview

Campus interview first round. Second interview at headquarters. Several short interviews, mostly behavioral type questions. Very relaxed culture, I work with great people and enjoy working here. Interviews seemed to be conversational. Great place to work. Good incentives to work harder and move up the ladder. You must be able to perform duties and provide results without having to be baby sat.
