I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at SAIC in May 2012.

Interview Details – Submit updated resume to temp service, get a call to go to interview, went to interview and took a short multiple choice questionare that was very simple, face to face interview, then a call from the recruiter within 24 hours with a response and a start date.

Negotiation Details – There wasn't any, everyone on this desk is same pay as temp to perm, less than .25 cents more an hour to get hired permanent, which normally takes about a year or sometimes more.
