Emergency Claims Service (ECS) Customer Service Representative (CSR) Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through college or university and the process took 4 days - interviewed at SCM Insurance in April 2011.
Interview Details – I found the posting for the position online through the College I attended. The next day I sent off my resume and within hours I received an email from HR requesting to schedule a phone interview. Being a college student at the time, my schedule was very hectic but HR was accommodating and willing to work around it. After the phone interview, I attended a 1:1 interview. I was extremely nervous prior to my interview, but when I entered the building the corporate culture appeared to be very relaxing. I noticed the people were very friendly and helpful. I've been an employed with SCM Insurance for a year, and it's honestly been an amazing journey.
