Project Archaeologist Interview

I applied online and the process took 5 weeks - interviewed at SWCA.

Interview Details – Interview was standard corporate fair. Took weeks aand weeks to get a decision.

Interview Question – None- very standard interview.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No negotiation. In fact, I ended up getting paid much less than they told me in the interview. I was under the impression I would be salaried, but they made me hourly and in the first year I made 7,000 less than what we discussed in the interview.

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at SWCA in January 2009.

Interview Details – SWCA Recruiter called me and got my attention. I have no idea where he got my name and number but he knew all about my work experience. Negotiation Details – Recruiter made me an offer and sold me on it. I think I could have gotten more.
