I applied online – interviewed at Sears in September 2014.

Applied online and competed the assessments at night (total time under two hours). The next morning the manger called me to have an interview two days later at the store. At the interview she asked me one question and offered me the job on the spot. The interview lasted for 10 minutes. Most of the interview she talked about the position, dress code, hours, availability. I applied for the sales position but she wanted me to work Cashier.

Interview Questions

Negotiation

No, mim wage which sucks since I have experience and was paid more at my old job.

They email you a time to be at the interview after you have completed an online test. They then introduce themselves and you get an opportunity to meet the hiring manager, who then starts asking interview questions. The process of the interview took about an hour. They, then, thought I was a good candidate after speaking with me and hearing my answers to their questions.

    Interview

Very laid back, not a dificult interview at all. Asked the basic, average interview questions to gauge my knowledge and experience in the related field. It is not hard if you go in at least a small bit prepared and know what you are doing. I think that this was not a very hard job to get at all.
