The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Seattle Children's in March 2011.

Interview Details – I interviewed first with the hiring manager. It was a very informative interview for me, while the discussion offered excellent opportunities for me to discuss my qualifications and how I could benefit the organization. A week later I was invited back for a group interview with the team. This was a STAR style behavioral interview. The team did a great job of questioning me on how I might work with them and what experiences I have that would benefit their department.
