Interview Details – I applied online using their web based system. It did not work very well and I did not hear from them for at least three weeks. I had a brief phone interview and seemed as if I was unqualified.

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in May 2014.

Interview Details – The process began with a light phone screen. The discussion was on their project and the structure of their business. This was followed by another call and we set a time for me to interview onsite. Before the interview the hiring manager asked me to connect to her on LinkedIn.

I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Sherwin-Williams in August 2012.

Interview Details – I went through 3 rounds of interview, 1 was HR, 3 were technical.
HR was the usual trying to get information on my experience etc.
The first technical was basic while the second was advanced.
I thought I did great but wasn't offered a position.
