Fairly straight forward process: post for the job online, go through a phone screen (basically confirming your application information) and then an in person interview. Questions were typical behavior assessment style, i.e. Tell me about a time when... About a week long process.

Their hiring and interview process was very well organized. First interview was a phone screening with an HR recruiter. Second interview was conference call with a panel of senior hiring managers. Third interview was a one-on-one, face to face interview with the hiring managers on site.

    Interview Questions
    • HR screening interview was mostly questions on your background and experiences.
Hiring Manager interview was mostly behavioral interview questions-- ie. Tell me about a time, you had to work with different people to reach a goal, how did you go about it? what was the outcome and what did you learn from the experience?

I applied online. The process took 3+ weeksinterviewed at Sodexo USA.

    Interview Details

I was 1st contacted by a recruiter who was awesome and easy to talk to and then a few days later, I was asked to come in for an interview. After the interview, they told me I would hear back in 1 day but I didn't hear anything in 3 weeks. Apparently, there was an internal candidate who got the job but she accepted a job elsewhere. They called after 3 weeks to say I was the top outside candidate; I accepted. Easy interview process: I interviewed with the 2 GM's I would be supporting. The interview was professional but not intimidating.

There really is no hiring process. If the managers like you, then you will get a job based solely on appearance. I was not asked if I had prior experiences in management or marketing, which the job needed. I was never assigned a position to be my primary job, yet was expected to meet several goals by upper level management.
