Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Interview (Positive Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied online and the process took 4 days - interviewed at Sofitel Hotels in July 2009.
Interview Details – They call me on the phone and after a few questions told me to go to the hotel for an interview. First it was a 1 on 1 interview with the Food & Beverage Manager then with the Hr manager and then paper based tests. (IQ, Languages). The following day they called me again and told me to go for an interview with the General Manager. The interview consists of pretty common questions about background and some personal experiences. The last question of the interview was "How would you describe luxury?". After that they called me again and offer me a contract.
