    Interview

I was interviewed at my university after the career fair. It was only two other men, and it was pretty chill. They asked me some basic questions, like about my GPA and classes I will be taking. Biggest strengths, what classes I enjoy, etc. They were very friendly and I hope to hear from them soon. I sent two follow up emails and they said they are wrapping up campus interviews next week.

    Interview

Interviewed by a panel of 6 people. Each person took turns asking questions. They were all nice and polite, but the process can still be intimidating. I didn't recall call got the interview for over a month after replying. It then took about 2 weeks to hear the decision. Overall good experience.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Southern Company (Atlanta, GA) in February 2015.

    Interview

It was a panel interview with 6 or 7 people. There was basic background questions, safety related questions. There was also some questions pertaining to the position. All in all the process was a basic interview. I drove a significant distance for the interview and there was no flexibility on the date. I received an email from the hiring manager simply stating the date and location, nothing asking if I would even be there. I go down and text the hiring manager as requested in an email, no response. I hit the doorbell and am greeted by a member of HR. He discusses the process and how I would know something within 2 weeks. I complete the interview, no major snafus. As a side note, I've interviewed 8 times in the past 2 years and have received 6 job offers. Back on topic, so I complete the interview, and still haven't received a response. I've applied to many positions with this company and have received the canned "other candidates.....blah blah" response for jobs I was not selected to interview for. I guess my complaint is, why is it such a secret that your not hiring somebody? I contacted two members of the company who avoided responding to my emails inquiring about the selection. It is really inconsiderate to have someone burn vacation days, drive hundreds of miles and then not have the decency to inform them of the hiring decision. It is extremely bush league, JayVee however you may describe it. There aren't hundreds of people that possess the skills required for this position, might want to learn some basic decency if you hope to attract qualified candidates in the future.

    Interview

Laid back interview environment. Panel type interview, the questions were pretty straightforward. After I applied it took almost 4 weeks until I heard something back from the hiring manager. As long as you study and brush up on your behavioral interviewing skills you should be fine for the interview.

    Interview

Applied through campus recruiting platform and on company website. Interviewed on campus. Did not pass first interview round. Second round would have been a panel interview with several managers (not sure if they told applicants there would be more than one interviewer). I heard that the second round also had no technical questions.
