I applied through a recruiter and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Sprint in August 2011.
Interview Details – Sprint recruiter sent an email with job description, when I replied I received a call from the recruiter who conducted a brief interview. A few days later I interviewed with the hiring manager via telephone. Within a week, I flew on-site for a series on interviews with managers, VP, and peer employees. I was given an offer two weeks after the last interview.
Negotiation Details – Yes, Sprint has little room for negotiating so choose what you value and discuss that. There is no room for an all-out negotiation at this point.
