    I did an online application for the position plus the online assessment the same day. The following day I received an email asking for an interview. The interview went very well, even though it was pretty short. I thought maybe I'd done something wrong because it was so short (like 10 minutes or less), but received an email asking for a background check and drug test later that same day.

    It really helps if you've had call center experience, preferably for a wireless company. You definitely need to be a people person, and the company just wants to make sure you're as dedicated to helping customers as they are.

    Make sure you have experience coming into the business and that you are a self starter.. To succeed you have to be willing to work on your own and be able to talk and type.. if you can not talk and type and multi-task throughout 2 or more windows at a time you need not to apply.. If you are not going to serve as the customers advocate and show guinue care to there concern or need, you need not to apply.. Questions asked during the interview will allow the interviewer to see if your a self starter and a true Advocate for your customer..

To have a successful business you need to satisfiy customer, so that they do not seek employment somewhere else.. Being an Advocate for your customer can go along way..   Answer Question

    Make sure that you have worked in a call center for at least a year and be able to handle all types of customers. In the interviewing process they are making sure that you are the customers Advocate and that you are a self starter..

    Make sure to list any possible sales experience that you have. Highlight customer service skills that you have show how you used them in a previous position. Employee referrals are always good so network to see if anyone you know works at Sprint. Communication skills are good to have especially oral. Time management is a essential to this role as well.
