Application Details

I applied online. The process took a dayinterviewed at State Bank of Patiala, H.O. in December 2009.

Interview Details

First there was a written test conducted, The result was out after 4-5 months.
Then the qualified students were mailed a resume to be filled and were asked to appear for the interview (Interview weight-age 13%) with required documents(in original and xerox).
On the interview day, candidates were called in alphabetical order and when my turn came I went in.
there were four elderly aged people in the room in round table and I sat in the middle facing all.

They started asking me about my graduation stream (BCA) and as it was not at all related to the Banking field they didn't have anything to ask me. They did ask a few accounts question which i had no idea but then they spent almost 5-10 minutes in me telling them where my home town was..
It was fun.
After about a month I got the job-call letter.
