I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at State Street in January 2014.

    Interview Details

Group meeting, briefly discussed my resume and experiences. Then I was asked some behavioral questions, and told them why I was interested in the position and the company. I met with three people total, who didnt end up being my managers so I dont know why I met with them.

Went to a State Street sponsored career info session. Left my application there after the session ended and was contacted for an interview. The interview process was very simple and easy, very basic questions like why you want to work here as this was an entry level position.

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at State Street in September 2014.

    Interview Details

Applied online and heard back in about 3 days to set up the interview. The process felt very robotic, two managers each with the same S.S form with questions. Never deviated from their prepared questions even after they realized I had already answered some.

Very quick, simple, and easy process. Applied, interviewed, and was hired within three days. They usually have large hiring rushes in May/June. Easy interview questions with people I never saw again.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a dayinterviewed at State Street.

    Interview Details

They asked what interested me about the job and why I wanted the job. The questions were pretty standard and there weren't any questions that I would say caught me off guard. The interview last for about twenty minutes. Once the interview was completed, I got a call a few days later with an offer.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at State Street in November 2013.

    Interview Details

Applied online, was contacted by a recruiter. They set up a phone interview. I was then invited to interview with 2 of the senior associates. They later gave me an offer. It was a pretty simple and to the point process. I think that having an employee referral is the easiest way to get hired.

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at State Street in April 2014.

    Interview Details

2 Phone interviews. First interview was very relaxed with general questions about CV, knowledge of State Street, expected salary, holiday plans and location preferred. The call finished with the lady telling me that I had got to the next round which would be a more formal interview and gave me general guidelines on expected questions. Second interview was much more formal and to the point. Asked questions about how i dealt with mistakes at work and dealing with a difficult colleague. Interviewee said I would hear back either way within one week but as of yet nothing. Found the interviewee very abrupt.
