    The HR recruiter called me two hours earlier than our scheduled time and asked "are you ready to talk now?" Should I have pointed her error out to her? Probably...because she clearly thought I sounded unprepared and distracted. Which I was. Because she was two hours early and I was in the middle of something.

    At the end of the 10 minute screen, when it was clear she wasn't impressed with me, she gave a chirpy "you can always apply again for other positions." Um...won't you be on the other end of the phone if I do? (And two hours earlier than I expecting you, most likely?)

    The interview process was open which was great because i was able to talk and give details of my experience. The people seemed friendly and it seems like a great place that i would like to work for. I learned a lot about the company and it is a fast pace environment which i know i will love.

    Interview Details

    Interviewed for Supervisor with 3 different people. One Manager was very thorough and professional in her interview. The interview with a Director was extremely lacking and unprofessional in approach. The last person who interviewed was a Director, as well. He paced back and forth and blurting out the job requirements and all the negatives, why this job is the worst. Sounded like Barney Fife.

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Stericycle in October 2014.

    Interview Details

    Applied online and heard back about 3 weeks later. First started with a recruiter phone screen to talk about salary expectations, the company, your interests, and background. The next day we set up in person interviews with other members of the team that lasted 1/2 a day. Following those, had video chat interview a few days later with VP to talk about background, what you want to do and where you want to be. The interviews were conversational, nothing difficult.

    I was interview by the district manager and the manager over the techs. I had a very positive experience with the hiring managers. I was nervous at first but when the interview started i became comfortable with the managers.

    The woman who interviewed me was nice and I discussed how I was articulate, diligent, and willing to learn, especially since I didn't have a lot of experience at a call center, but I found out they rejected my application a half an hour after my interview! If they wanted someone with more experience, I don't know why they wanted me for an interview!

    Was phone screened twice, once by a regional manager then by the local manager. Then was asked to come in to interview in person. Was told there would be 3 to 5 people show up to interview me, there was only one. The process from application to no took more than 2 months.

    The on-site temp company representative came to my cube and told me to go to a specific Stericycle web site to move from temp to hire.

    Within a week after that, I was summoned by HR for the interview.
