    I applied online, it took them 2 weeks to call me. The phone interview was short and fun, went to the interview with HR next day, it didn't take much time, he asked me some questions about how to deal with customers and general information about technology

    Interview process is one misery. They test our patience to its core. Not at all professional at times. They simply want us to go here and there. Have to wait the whole day, sometimes till night. Highly recommended for people who really needs a job to survive. Else you have to be really smart to manage the hurdles!

    Standard interview process with Director and Vice President. Background check was also done. Job offer took a week to complete. Interview questions outlines the skill sets needed for the job, situation based questions to validate the skills needed and personality was also tested.

    Hiring and Interview process are almost the same with other BPO company.

    The interview took place in DIET engineering college,anakapalli.The rounds were very simple.First round was JAM.All have to speak out on the same topic given.Vocabiulary plays a major role.If you are good at vocabulary it would be a cake walk.The major drawback was they took lot of time to conduct the second round.For me it took a day.The next day they have conducted a GD.Then there would be a Personal Interview round and the HR was really cool.Don't try to fake things.They will easily catch you.Be your self
