Interview

I thought this was going to be a group interview since there was 4 other people. One of them had worse there before 8 years ago. Each person gets interviewed separately by different people. I had two different interviews. They both asked almost the same questions. Said they would call back, haven't had a call. This was 3 weeks ago.

Interview was your basic personality questions. Felt very quick and rushed. Interviewer looked exactly like Jonah Hill. Got a bad vibe .

    Interview

I got a call to call the lady back to set up an interview. She kept telling me to call her back later. At the interview I had to fill out another application. The Interview wasn't very hard at all; very basic questions. I got an e-mail the next day saying that they weren't hiring, even though they were very much hiring for seasonal jobs.

    Interview

They had me watch a short video and then I waited for someone to interview me. They asked normal questions. The questions were about different situations and then about myself. The interview is fine as long as you don't freeze up like me.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Target in April 2015.

    Interview

They called about a week after submitting my application and asked about my availability and if I had any upcoming vacations. They then told me what the job paid ($9/hr) and asked if I was still interested. They then scheduled a phone interview for the following week which I just completed. The phone interview was only about five minutes and she seemed in a rush to get off the phone, so I'm not sure I'll be contacted for the second interview.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Target (Medford, OR) in March 2015.

    Interview

I applied online and heard back within a few days to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was less than ten minutes, consisted of a couple of situational/behavioral questions and "why do you want to work at Target?" Later that day I got a call to schedule an in person interview that would take place two days later. They had me do a 20 minute questionnaire on the computer before my interview that was mostly situational/behavioral questions and some basic math, graph reading questions. The person interviewing me was very friendly and nice, she looked over my resume and asked me a few questions regarding my past work experience then proceeded to ask me questions from a printout. She was happy to answer all of my questions at the end and thanked me for my time. All the questions I was asked are already on this site in other reviews.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 daysinterviewed at Target (Hadley, MA) in March 2012.

    Interview

There were two interviews, one over the phone and one that was in person. The phone interview took maybe 10 minutes and was very general stuff, such as "Why do you want to work for Target". Later that day I received a phone call saying that they wanted to schedule an in-person interview, which happened about 4 days later. Those questions were a little more specific, and there were maybe 5 of them in total.

We talked about what hours would work for me as well, and both people I talked to were courteous, although it seemed like they didn't really want to be doing this (with the generic and relatively easy questions, I don't blame them!).
