    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Target.

    Interview

Went to a career fair on college grounds. Talked to a recruiter and had an interview the next day. Three behavioral questions and that was it. Was kind of difficult because you had to impress the interviewer with only three questions. Did a pretty job. Got back to me in a week and passed the first round and was supposed to go do on-site interview. Have yet to hear back from them. Overall, process was simple and ok.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Target (Rialto, CA) in November 2014.

    Interview

Went through 2 phone interviews before going to a distribution center for a 3rd round interview. The first phone interview was less than 5 minutes and hardly consisted of more than asking me to tell them about myself. I then went through an hour long online assessment before having my 2nd phone interview which ran through my resume and asked several behavioral questions. The final in person interview was identical to the 2nd phone interview with an HR rep. I was interviewing for an internship so I interviewed with one person, entry level candidates were interviewed by two.
