    Application

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Target (Houston, TX) in July 2015.

    Interview

Waited over 30 minutes, in the HR office until the Team member finished her lunch. An intern young lady looked to be just out of high school sat in on the interview. She just asked a few questions about 4. She stated she had worked for target for over 10 years, but was at this store about 1. I knew I landed the job when she asked about my availability, and possible start date...I received a phone call a few days later for a job offer.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Target in July 2015.

    Interview

Process was very straightforward and not invasive. I had both of my interviews on the same day and was hired on the spot. There's not much more to say than that. They called and scheduled a time, I showed up, and got hired. Maybe if you didn't force people to write reviews I would have more to say.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe a time your emotions have affected your work.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

They gave me the dollar amount I asked for - which was $3 higher than the national average.

    Interview

I applied online and got a call 2 days later to set up an interview. I arrived on time but it still took about 20 minutes for the first person to come see me. I interviewed with two different people and each took about 15 minutes. They were both nice and pretty laid back which helped with the nerves a little. They asked about my availability first and then the usual 4-5 interview questions. The questions were pretty similar both times and fairly easy to answer. After all that I went into a lady's office to sign some papers and talk about when and where orientation will be.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Target (Wilsonville, OR) in July 2015.

    Interview

I had been contacted through email at first because I had posted my resume on a website. I was then contacted by phone. They explained to me what was expected of the job and asked what I was looking for. They then asked to schedule a interview by phone. Asked me several questions, then asked me if I could come in for a in store interview. I went in and they asked me very similar questions to the phone interview. They also had me watch a video on the position.

    Interview Questions

    Application

I applied online – interviewed at Target.

    Interview

Very easygoing and basic. Typical questions about your personal background, goals, and skills as well as some additional questions pertaining to information you provided on your application. The interview took about 15-20 minutes and was in two parts; the first part was with the HR Team Leader and the second was with the Flow Team Leader who happened to be in during the day and I was under the impression that was a rare occasion and a fluke. Don't bother worrying about being impeccably groomed and dressed for a position like this or you will look uptight and like an idiot, as I did. I spoke with coworkers and most said just a clean button down and slacks will suffice. They typically hire you on the spot because they are so desperate for people to take this awful position.

    Interview

Got a phone interview then a interview at the store. They ask you simple situation experiences you had while working/or school. Not very hard just think about what you say before you start rambling on and on. Ask questions when needed and you will get the job
