First there was an aptitude a email writing round. Post that the interview process started. 10 interview panel at one place, clumsy surroundings when 40 people talking at the same time. Random selection also happened. They just don't care about your C. V. Three person asking different question to same person at the same time, which one should one answer first! Overall it was a waste of day.

Easy to get in the process but mostly now they are hiring freshers. Nowdays it's very rare to take int for freshers. Even now they are going for H1B more than SIX years.

indepth technical round with a panel consisting 2 techys bombarding questions on me continuously for around 30-45 minutes.
It was then followed by a manager round who catched me in the tricky questions (nothing technical) All he asked was about why you want to join TCS, why are you leaving current org, what are you expecting, etc...
This was then followed by a formal HR round to discuss your salary needs etc.

Be firm on your expectations & if they really need you, they do accept or reconsider the salary figures. make sure you understand the breakup as TCS has quarterly variable as a part of your salary & bonus as annual.

1st was technical, in this they ask some of ur choice language questions.
2nd was managerial , in this they had ask about my projects
3rd was HR, in this they had ask me about my achievements and all.
because i was tired after a long process of 14 hours and didn't eat anything.
so it affects my performance in HR round.

Had a aptitude round in classic touchstone patterned test that TCS usually conducts. And then had a technical/HR interview round and was given a offer. The two person panel were impressed at my profile that 5 minutes in I got a strong feeling that I was going to get an offer.

    Interview Questions
    • The aptitude round I took had 4 dummy questions (Questions with all wrong answers that if you attend it you will be out of the hiring process).   Answer Question

First of all they conduct an aptitude test which would seem easy. It would be very hard. After passing that exam we have to face the HR interview and then technical interview. Both these would generally be easy, what they usually test is our honesty. They will go through each and every thing in our resume.
