Interviewed at Technip

Interview Details – I met with two process engineers and the hiring manager, each for half hour. They didn't ask difficult technical questions. We talked about more about experience, like what project I did before, and some details. They also introduced their projects very well. But I didn't get an offer. The hr said they hired some one with more experience.

Interview Question – I think the most difficult thing is they didn't ask many technical questions. So fresh graduates don't have a shot comparing with experienced people.   Answer Question
