Application Details

I applied through college or university – interviewed at Techtronic Industries North America in October 2012.

Interview Details

The initial communications and impressions were very welcoming as it was a hiring manager and also someone that was in the training program that I was applying for. Both had great knowledge of the company and represented them very well as a company that promotes growth withing it, and treats there employees very well. They were very prepared for the interview with most of your straight forward questions. Judging by their appearance and energy they represented the company and the work culture to be one that would be worth pursuing.

Interview Questions
  • Most of the questions were straight forward as i had said, but I guess at least one that they asked that would have been the most difficult was asking what the biggest accomplishment or the most rewarding accomplishment you had in your life was, not necessarily being job related, which can sometimes throw some people off because they usually might expect one like that to be asked only being related to jobs.   View Answer
