Negotiation Details – Negotiation phase was easy since the salary was set. We just discussed start and end dates. I would tell others to be look back at their past and pull from experiences that they can use to show that they meed the requirements for the position. This is important because the directors want to see that you know what you're doing and that you're qualified for the position. Be ready to display during your interview that you are excited about that position and that you have thought about ways to improve the purpose and mission of the office. This will impress them and relate to them that you're ready to take the position seriously.
