I applied through college or university and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Texas Instruments in October 2012.

Interview Details – I gave my resume to recruiter at Career Fair on campus, 1mnth later was emailed for a campus screening. 1mnth after that 2 phone interviews (different departments). 3wks later I was brought to Texas for 3 2person interviews on-site (different departments); 2 interviewers were interested, received offer same day.

Interview Question – Not many technical questions, mostly behavioral   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No negotiation, everything I received I was going to ask for anyway.
